Retention periods marked as to be confirmed must be set to real values before this page is published.
§ 07Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase data we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Port data you gave us to another controller.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
Email info@wecompareparking.com to exercise any of these. We respond within one month. Where a right conflicts with a legal retention obligation — a booking record we must keep for tax purposes, for example — we explain which part we can act on and which we cannot.
§ 08Complaints
Raise a data protection concern with us first at info@wecompareparking.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
§ 10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes are notified by email to customers with an active booking.
