24-hour free cancellation on flexible bookings
Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking. After that, they may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time, subject to a £10 administration fee. Cancellations and amendments are only permitted for bookings made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time. Bookings made less than 48 hours before drop-off are not eligible for cancellation or amendment. Non-flexible bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended. The initial 24-hour free-cancellation period does not apply to non-flexible bookings.
