Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking. After that, they may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time, subject to a £10 administration fee. Cancellations and amendments are only permitted for bookings made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time. Bookings made less than 48 hours before drop-off are not eligible for cancellation or amendment. Non-flexible bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended. The initial 24-hour free-cancellation period does not apply to non-flexible bookings. Amendments are permitted only for eligible flexible bookings, subject to the applicable booking conditions and the minimum 48-hour booking notice requirement.
