What is the difference between park & ride and meet & greet?
With park & ride you drive to a secure car park near the airport and a shuttle takes you to the terminal. With meet & greet a driver takes the car from you at the terminal door and brings it back when you land. Meet & greet costs more and saves the transfer.
What does Park Mark accreditation mean?
Park Mark is the British Parking Association's safer parking award. A site earns it by meeting standards for surveillance, lighting, fencing and management. We use it as the baseline for listing an operator.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell the operator as soon as you know. Most hold your space at no extra charge for a reasonable delay; where late-return cover applies, documented delays are reimbursed for up to 48 hours. The exact terms sit on your confirmation.
Do I pay anything at the car park?
No, the parking itself is paid in full at booking. Charges levied by the airport rather than the operator — Heathrow's ULEZ, for example — remain your responsibility.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Amendments are permitted only for eligible flexible bookings, and only if the booking was made at least 48 hours before drop-off. The price may change with the new dates. Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended, and the 24-hour free-cancellation period does not apply to them.
