Cancelling or amending airport parking

The 24-hour free window, the 48-hour notice rule, the administration fee, and how hotel, flight and lounge cancellations differ because each product is a separate contract.

5 minute read

Parking, a hotel and a lounge in one basket are still separate contracts. Cancelling one does not cancel the others. The rules below are the parking rules; hotels and flights follow the fare or rate you bought, which is shown before you pay.

Free cancellation

Flexible parking bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking. After that, they can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your drop-off time, subject to a £10 administration fee. Inside 48 hours, the booking is generally non-refundable unless the operator's own conditions say otherwise.

Amendments

Date and time changes are free within 24 hours of booking on eligible bookings. After that they need at least 48 hours' notice before drop-off, and the price may change with the new dates. A cheaper product found later does not automatically re-price the booking; that is what the Price Promise is for, where it applies.

Delayed flights

Tell the operator as soon as you know. Most hold the space for a reasonable delay at no extra charge. Where late-return cover applies, documented delays are typically reimbursed for up to 48 hours — the exact terms sit on the listing.

Hotels, flights, car hire, lounges

Non-refundable hotel rates and restricted air fares do not inherit the parking window. Read the rate rules on the quote. The hotels, flights and travel services terms cover those products; the cancellation policy is the parking detail in one place.
