How the WeCompare Price Promise works
We refund the difference if you find the same park & ride or meet & greet cheaper within 48 hours — at Glasgow, Manchester, Luton and Bristol only. The clauses in plain English.
6 minute read
The Price Promise is the one commercial claim on this site that has to be scoped tightly enough to honour. It is not a site-wide “we beat everyone” line. It is a refund of the difference, at four airports, on two product types, inside 48 hours.
What we refund
Book a covered park & ride or meet & greet through WeCompare. If you then find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we refund the gap between what you paid and that cheaper total. The booking itself stays in place; we do not cancel it or re-price it.
Where it applies
Bristol, Glasgow, Luton and Manchester only. Those are the airports where the operator network is deep enough to stand behind the claim. It does not apply at the other 14 airports on the site, and it does not cover on-airport parking, hotels, flights, car hire or lounges.
What “the same product” means
- Same airport.
- Same drop-off and return dates and times.
- Same parking type — park & ride or meet & greet.
- The competing operator holds Park Mark accreditation, or is an established UK airport parking operator rated 4.5 or above on Trustpilot.
A cheaper quote for different dates, a shorter stay or a different product type does not qualify. The competing price must still be publicly available and bookable when we check it.
How to claim
Send a link or a dated screenshot — operator, product, dates, times and the total including fees — with your booking reference, within 48 hours of confirmation. Accepted refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days.
The full wording, including exclusions, is on the Price Promise page. If you are still inside the free cancellation window you can cancel and rebook instead of claiming.
